Why Run with Endurance is different :  the philosophy…

The human body is a beautifully and meticulously designed piece of
work—reacting, adapting, and responding to stimuli, good or bad.  Over
the past couple of decades science has begun to understand this
amazing machine and how to induce proper stimuli to produce optimal
physical results.  Whether you are a lifelong athlete or a couch potato
with good intentions, the science of human performance applies to
you.  

Unfortunately, the problem with most of the “in-your-face” gimmicks
and fancy, chiseled trainers is that they don’t understand the way the
body actually works.  They provide a product or a program that has
appeared to work on a small amount of the population, but in the end is
not scientifically proven to provide the touted results.

running tips based upon the way the human body actually works
and adapts.  Nothing found on this site is a gimmick or a quick fix—
instead the intention is to bring the science of human performance to
